Belt Guards

a cage-like metal box that covers the belt and pulley.

Fan Guards (Inlet & Outlet)

bolt mounted to the flanged end of the fan drum.

Inspection Access Door

A removable steel panel bolted to the side of the fan drum to allow access for inspection (not replacement) of fan parts.

Matching Flange

a stand-alone flange that can be mounted to duct work and connected directly to the fan inlet or outlet flange.

Motor & Belt Cover

a cage-like metal box that covers the motor, belt and pulley.

Mounting Brackets – Horizontal

(4) brackets, (2) each welded on each end of the fan drum with pre-drilled holes to enable horizontal mounting of fan.

Mounting Brackets – Vertical

(4) brackets welded to the flange of the fan drum with pre-drilled holes to enable vertical mounting of fan.

Mounting Legs

a solid steel support bolted to the bottom of the fan drum to provide standing support.

Variable Pitch Motor Sheave

provides flexibility to change the fan speed in the field to balance system needs (check motor amp load before and after changing the fan speed). 1- and 2-groove available.

Aluminum Rub Ring

Aluminum ring around the inside of the fan drum to improve fan’s spark-resistance

Front Guard – Welded Wire

guard mounted to the fan panel in front of the prop Available for sizes 12″ through 48″. Sizes 54″ & 60″ available as wire mesh. Meets OSHA requirements.

Galvanized Motor-Operated Center-Pivot Damper

a motorized volume control damper used for exhaust or supply applications.

Heavy Duty Fan & Shutter Mounting Box

Simplifies mounting in block, concrete or metal walls. Also maintains the proper distance between the propeller and shutter.

Inlet Weather Hood with Bird Screen

mounted to the exterior wall to shelter the fan from wind, rain and birds/animals. Recommended for intake fans.

Manual-Operated Shutter

Automatic shutter with pull-chain

Motor Kit

includes 115V power-open/spring-close actuator to provide tighter closure of exhaust shutter.

Rear Box Guard – Expanded Metal

box guard mounted to the rear of the fan panel. Available for sizes 12″ through 72″. Meets OSHA requirements.

Rear Box Guard – Welded Wire

box guard mounted to the rear of the fan panel. Available for sizes 24″ through 60″. Meets OSHA requirements.

Rear Spiral Guard – Model 900

guard mounted between the motor and prop (factory installed only). Available up to 42″

Solid Side Mounting Box

An extension of our heavy duty mounting box to encase the entire fan.

Insulated Roof Curbs

flat, single-, or double-pitch. A standard curb for all power roof exhausters measuring 8″ high with wood nailer. Must specify type of roof construction and the roof pitch. Not available for corrugated or standing seam roofs. Contact Americraft for further information.

Magnetic Latches for Damper Section

Magnets to keep damper section lids from opening from anything besides fan airflow

Rain-tight Disconnect Switch

the switch provides a safe and easy way of disconnecting power from the roof exhauster. Switch is factory mounted and wired for customer specified voltage.

Flexible Hose

wire reinforced rubber hose available in 5′ sections. Stainless Steel hose clamps also available.

Inlet/Outlet Flange

cast aluminum flange mounted to blower inlet and/or outlet to assist connection to ANSI pipe flanges. Supplied undrilled unless otherwise directed. Not available in down blast configuration.

Inlet/Outlet Guard
a guard that protects objects from entering the unducted inlet or outlet side of the blower. Meets OSHA requirements.
